What to expect from 1:1s
I love working one to one. It offers the time to drop deeply into your needs. I work intuitively and holistically, paying attention to how you move, breathe, where you may be holding tension. Each session is created around your needs, goals, and desires, whatever they may be at that time. There’s no fixed template. What we do evolves with you.
These sessions suit all levels and experiences whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years. You might want support with a specific posture, recovery, mobility, relaxation, meditation, or to deepen your understanding of your own practice. You may also want help creating a simple routine to practise at home in a way that feels realistic and supportive.
Working 1:1 means you have the space to ask questions, explore things properly, and feel guided, adjusted, listened to, and supported. It’s a collaborative process, we work together.
I offer private 1:1 yoga sessions in person at my home studio, in the centre of the Bath or online via Zoom. Sessions are shaped around your unique body, lifestyle, and intentions, using a therapeutic and thoughtful approach to movement, breathwork, and meditation.
